Get answers to common questions about Feet.
Most Feet waxing appointments take about fifteen to twenty-five minutes from skin preparation to final soothing treatment. Timing varies with individual needs and whether additional services like nail care or callus removal are requested.
Most clients report only mild, brief discomfort since hair on the feet is generally finer. Our technicians use warm wax and calming techniques to reduce sensation, and post-wax care with cool compresses and soothing lotion minimizes irritation.
Clean, dry skin ensures the best results—avoid heavy creams on the day of service. Gently exfoliate 24 to 48 hours beforehand and ensure hair is roughly a quarter-inch long. Avoid sun exposure, self-tanners, or retinoids before waxing.
You can expect regrowth in about three to six weeks depending on your hair cycle and genetics. Regular waxing can reduce density over time; scheduling appointments every four to six weeks helps maintain smooth results.
Some temporary redness, mild swelling, or small bumps are normal immediately after waxing. Ingrown hairs can occur but are minimized with proper exfoliation and aftercare. Contact us if you experience prolonged pain, blistering, or signs of infection.
We recommend waiting 24 to 48 hours before a pedicure to allow skin to calm and reduce irritation risk. If combined same-day treatments are desired, inform your technician so they use gentle products and avoid aggressive exfoliation.
